Sunglasses: Splurge vs. Steal

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday with family and friends! My family has had a lot of fun and A LOT of time together lol! I don’t know about you, but it’s the final stretch of winter break for the kids…. and we are kinda running on empty! So grateful for family time and I truly do LOVE it, but it’s also always nice to get back into a routine.

Anyway, I thought it was time for another journal entry! Believe it or not, I get asked about sunglasses A LOT! It’s that item that everyone needs, it adds so much cuteness to an outfit, but it’s also that accessory that often gets lost, misplaced, or broken (man handled by the children). I have a huge selection of sunglasses, but when I’m running out the door I tend to grab my cute but non-expensive pair most of the time. At work, I’m running around and who knows what could happen. When I’m with the kids, they usually break or get lost. But on special occasions or nice vacations, it’s fun to have a few good pairs to give you that extra edge or “feel good effect”.
